How does it work?
Once the service has been enabled on your VCI account you connect to the internet as you normally do. If you try to access a restricted web site you will receive a block screen informing you that the web site is blocked and why the web site is blocked. If you have the filtering password you can enter the username and filter password to disable the filtering.
