    Why does my email client say I am receiving 3 of 10 emails but I only get 3 and it downloads them repeatedly?

    This is a frequent problem that occurs when a dialup customer has received a large email. Email was not originally intended to send large files. When this problem appears the email client will download the same emails repeatedly because the client cannot get past the large email in the Inbox.

    The easiest way to resolve the issue is to login to VCI WebMail and remove the large email that is causing the problem.
