Outlook Express

1. From the menu at the top click on Tools.
2. Then click Accounts.
3. Click on the News tab across the top.
4. To add a VCI account click Add and then News.
5. Enter your Display Name (example: John Smith) and click Next.
6. Enter your Email Address (example: johnny@vci.net) and click Next.
7. On the Internet news Server Name page enter the news (NNTP) Server as news.vci.net and click Next
8. Click Finish and then click Close.
