Web TV

1. Turn off WebTV
2. Using the wireless keyboard or remote control, type in '217' Note on some WebTV units you may need to type in '217' and the 'Option' button twice. If you have problems with this you may need to call 1-800-GO-WEBTV

Look for the Web TV box and the wireless receivers' lights to blink a few times. If it did you are ready to continue. If it didn't please make sure that the Web TV box and the wireless receiver are plugged in correctly

3. Turn the Web TV back on.


4. Move the cursor to 'Use your own ISP' and hit Enter
5. Fill in the following questions:
   1. For Service Provider type in VCI.
   2. For Login Name use your VCI username.
   3. For Password use your VCI password.
   4. For Phone Number use a local VCI phone number.
   5. For Back Up Number use another local VCI phone number.
      
   
   
   6. After you click Done the Web TV service should start and dial the local VCI number. Once the connection is made the Web TV service should ask you for some information.
