SpamWatch by default is disabled on all VCI accounts. This is an opt-in service. If you would like your email filtered by SpamWatch you must login to VCI Webmail at www.vci.net and click the SpamWatch button at the top left. Then select a Sensitivity level (as shown below) and click "Change >>". This will redirect spam emails to your Spam folder.
