    VCI mail servers filter junk email or spam. These filters change hourly. A variety of filters are used. While only a few filters block emails completely most are used to determine if an email should be placed in your Spam folder.

    Spam filter settings are available in VCI WebMail. Whitelists can be customized to allow or reject emails from individuals you specify.

    Although the goal is to reduce the amount of junk email you receive we believeit is most important that you receive valid emails. For that reason you will likely notice a lot of spam email in your Spam folder.

    We highly recommend you review your Spam folder contents at least twice each week. This is particularly important for customers who use their email for business purposes. Emails in the Spam folder are deleted after 14 days.
