          The following support pages are designed to provide online assistance to aid our customers in the smooth operation of their internet service. In these pages you will find information such as DNS servers, email settings, phone numbers, common problems, etc.. Due to the wide variety of Windows versions, Internet Explorer version, Netscape version, etc.. not all programs can be covered. Most of the settings for these programs are the same, although, the screens may differ slightly between versions.

          Customers are always free to contact tech support with questions or problems. Tech support can be contacted via email at support@vci.net or by calling 800-755-1239 or 442-0060.

          We respect our customer's time by not asking our customers to wait on hold if a support technician is not immediately available to take your call. If all technicians are busy you will be asked to leave your name, phone number and description of your problem or question so we can return your call. Most calls are returned 5 to 20 minutes later. However, the call return time is determined by the number of calls in the support queue at that time. Please ensure you clearly leave your name and number so we can return your call promptly.

          Please note that support for Windows 95 has been discontinued.
