    Outlook Express Disconnect

    Why do I get disconnected when I check my email (with Outlook Express)?

    This is a common problem. To fix this open your Outlook Express and click on Tools, Options and then Connections at the top. Make sure the option "Hangup after sending and receiving" is NOT checked.
